Our restaurant serves hearty delicacies from the region all year round.
The culinary offerings in our restaurant are rounded off with a good selection of drinks. We have freshly-pulled Bavarian beers and selected wines from a wide variety of regions and a range of high-quality bar drinks. We also have changing vegetarian and vegan versions, as well as international dishes such as steaks and burgers and various culinary events for visitors and hotel guests.

Traditional hospitality and modern comfort
This concept has impressed critics of our long-standing drinks partner, the Paulaner-Hacker-Pschorr Brewery, who awarded us the annual “Star of Hospitality” for this achievement. To win this award, the hotel was visited and assessed anonymously by hotel inspectors 3 times in the year. A result of at least 90% must be achieved 3 times in succession.
Rooms
Winter garden/breakfast room
Our elegant breakfast room offers plenty of light, air conditioning and an understated design. This is where we serve our delicious and varied breakfast buffet with the best regional delicacies every morning. As well as being a space where you can enjoy breakfast, the 80 m² sized winter garden is also an elegant setting for dinner or a reception with up to 50 people.
Lounge
The Kleine Salon lounge in Schiller’s Restaurant offers space for a get-together among friends or a sociable meeting. The tasteful facilities and flexible room concept make our Kleine Salon extremely versatile. As a booth to expand the restaurant, for an elegant evening meal with up to 22 people, or as a modern space for meetings with business partners, the light-flooded 28 m² lounge with its air conditioning system is always a good location.
Münchner Stüberl
Our Münchner Stüberl is perhaps the best place to enjoy our regional cuisine in a cosy atmosphere. Celebrate your next birthday, a communion or anniversary with us. The Münchner Stüberl in Schiller’s Restaurant in Olching has space for up to 25 people and is a suitable setting for any festive occasion. It’s also great as an elegant location for lunch or dinner in a small group or à deux.
Schenke pub
Our pub in the front area of the restaurant is the focus of our dining room. Its wooden furniture and inviting bar provide a charming rustic atmosphere. Here you can watch our experienced serving staff as they take care of every detail and ensure that all guests have an enjoyable evening.

We think you will find something to suit from our wide range of spirits from all over the world. When putting together our whisky menu, for example, we made sure we included lots of different options.
Our range goes from simple, light and young blended whiskies to fruity-sweet bourbons and powerful, peaty single malts that are full of character. We included distilleries from the home of whisky, Scotland and Ireland, as well as from Germany, North America and Canada. You should find something here from all of them. Our range includes well-known whiskies as well as a few rarities and surprises. Enjoy and try the versatility of our whisky world.
