Bowling or Tai-Chi?

Every conference is as good as its breaks.

An ideal programme for the break is Thai-Chi which is now offered (by request) as supporting programme. This very old Chinese sport including slow, concentrated shadow boxing is harmless and combines different effects: it releases new energy for body and soul, supports harmony. It stimulates the circulation and even can improve a bad posture which helps against shoulder tension and a bad concentration.

Totally different is the new after work programme: bowling. We are cooperating with a nearby, modern bowling centre, which offers four alleys each for up to 6 persons. The alleys are working automatically, the rules are easy and therefore a lot of fun is guaranteed. A match is a good change to a work where you mostly have to sit and also supports the sense of community. Allow yourself and your team this change after an exhausting day. We can do the reservation for you.
